Legacy Window Fashions is a direct wholesale supplier of 2” Faux wood blinds, serving Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Lawton, Enid, Shawnee, and Stillwater. We warehouse over 9000 blinds in our Newcastle warehouse.

Meet our Staff

  • Owner / CEO

    Sheila assumes the roles of inventory management, builder relations, custom client/design consultations. With over 20 years in the window coverings industry, she has taken the family business of retail window coverings into a second generation of direct to builder wholesaler. Her BA in human behavior from the University of Oklahoma makes her uniquely qualified to herd cats (our employees).

  • Office Manager / CFO

    Nancy has a BA from San Diego State College. She wears many hats, managing day-to-day office management, HR, accounting, account acquisition, and is Sheila’s right hand woman. 

  • Production Manager

    Shawn has completed his BA from USAO and has assumed a full-time role in 2021 assisting with inventory management, production control, and managing the production staff.

  • Installer

    John is our technical specialist for motorized products and has great attention to detail. He is regularly requested by clients for detailed projects.

2” Cordless Faux Wood Stock Orders: Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

 

·         The Legacy Window Fashions 2” Cordless Faux Wood Blind stock program is available in 2 colors. White and Antique White. Dye lots may vary within these 2 colors.

·         Wand style/type is not guaranteed and may vary.

·         Crown Valance style may vary. Valance may be solid or hollow.

·         Standard Production time for the Legacy Window Fashions 2” Cordless Faux Wood Blind stock program is 4 - 5 business days, and any installation will be scheduled after this time.

 

 

  • Since production typically starts the morning after the order is placed, cancellations and changes can only be made for a period of 24-calendar hours after your payment/deposit are finalized.
  • If you cancel your order during this 24-calendar hour period, we will refund your money.
  • Under no circumstance can we either refund any money or issue any credits for a credit card purchase if the cancellation or change occurs at any time beyond this 24-calendar hour period.
  • On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. In the event production time will be longer than 4 – 5 business days, you will be notified and given a new estimated completion date.
  • 100% payment due at time of order.

 

 

Custom Orders: Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your decisions before you finalize your purchase. We are happy to change or cancel orders if you contact us within 24 hours from the date and time the order was submitted to us. Please email Sheila: [email protected] to process any changes or cancellations. Below are some points about how we handle cancellations and changes:

  • If you cancel your order during this 24-calendar hour period, we will refund your money.
  • Under no circumstance can we either refund any money or issue any credits for a credit card purchase if the cancellation or change occurs at any time beyond this 24-calendar hour period.
  • On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a known delay and a manufacturer notifies us, you will be contacted that day.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order, at our discretion.
  • Orders under $10,000, 50% deposit due at time of order. 50% due when all blinds/shades have arrived, and installation has been scheduled.
  • Orders $10,000 and over, 75% deposit due at time of order. 25% due when all blinds/shades have arrived, and installation has been scheduled.

Inspection of Merchandise

 

IMPORTANT: If your merchandise has been damaged in shipment, was made incorrectly, or has any manufacturer defects, notify us within 14-calendar days after delivery/installation to your home and we will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify us within this 14-day period, we will not be able to have your order repaired or replaced. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged.

 

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times given are estimates based on normal production and shipping times and may vary depending on the product.

  • Estimated delivery times include working days after our receipt of your completed order and exclude weekends, holidays and factory closing days.
  • On occasion, there may also be delays caused by backordered merchandise, factories slowing or stopping production to take inventory, temporary factory overload, or other unforeseen problems.
  • Estimated delivery times may also vary during peak seasons such as holidays.

Discontinued and/or Back Ordered Items

At times, products or colors are discontinued or placed on backorder by manufacturers we work with. We make every effort to remove discontinued items as soon as we are made aware of them. Whenever we receive notice of backordered items, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to change or cancel your order.

 

 

 

 

2” Cordless Faux Wood Stock Warranty

 

Legacy Window Fashions warrants that its 2” Cordless Faux Wood Stock Blind will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year, as long as the original blind is in the original window.

  • Cords are a wear item. Lifting and lowering your blind will wear them out. Cords will only be covered for a period of 1 year.
  • Tilters are a wear item. Tilting your blinds opened and closed, or over tilting them will wear out the tilter. Tilters are only covered for a period of 1 year.
  • Extreme temperatures and humidity will warp your blinds. Blinds in the garage, attic or closed off spaces in the home are not under warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover any damages or alterations caused by owners, children, pets, etc.
